Get Your WY c/o 2000 25th Reunion Tickets

Welcome to the ticket page for our 25-year reunion celebration! Below are the details for purchasing your tickets via PayPal or Zelle. Please ensure you complete your payment to secure your spot for the reunion weekend.

Reunion Cost

  • $250 per person: Covers the Formal Gala on August 2, 2025, and the Family Picnic on August 3, 2025.

  • If bringing a guest or spouse to the Formal Gala, an additional $250 payment is required.

  • Tickets for the Sunday Family Picnic ONLY are available for children aged 5 and up for $25 per child. Payment for children’s tickets can be made using either Zelle or PayPal, following the same process as below. Please include the child’s name in the comment section (e.g., Alex Doe – Child of John Doe, Alumni).

To cover transaction fees, PayPal payments will include an additional $15 fee, making the total $265 per person.

  1. Click the "Pay with PayPal" button below to proceed.

  2. Ensure your payment reflects the total for yourself and any additional attendees. For example:

    • 1 attendee: $265

    • 2 attendees: $530

  3. Please include the alumni's name and additional guests in the notes section, if applicable.​

    • John Doe, Alumni​

    • Jane Doe, Guest of John Doe

  4. Complete separate payment for additional picnic attendees​

To avoid additional fees, you can send your payment through Zelle.

  1. Open your Zelle-enabled banking app.

  2. Send your payment to: wy2000dolphins@gmail.com

  3. In the memo section, include:

    • Your full name

      • Ex: John Doe, Alumni​

    • The names of additional attendees (if applicable)

      • Ex: Jane Doe, Guest of John Doe​

Refund Policy for the Whitney Young Class of 2000 Twenty-Five-Year Reunion

Thank you for your interest in attending the Whitney Young Class of 2000 Twenty-Five Year Reunion. Our goal is to create an unforgettable experience for our classmates, and we appreciate your support.

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot and contribute to venue reservations, catering, and other event-related expenses.

  • Full payments must be made by the designated deadline to ensure your attendance at the reunion.

 

Refund Policy

  • Due to financial commitments made based on confirmed attendees, we cannot issue refunds for any payments, including deposits and final balances.

  • If you are unable to attend after making a payment, you may transfer your ticket to another classmate. Please notify the reunion committee in writing by June 1, 2025, to facilitate any transfers.

 

You acknowledge and agree to this refund policy by submitting your deposit or full payment.
